equigetic
In 2010 I started my training as a physiotherapist for horses. Anatomical basics as a refresher first at DIPO in Germany and then many workshops with international therapists in England, Canada and the USA.
During this time I developed my own basic concept and therapy method: “Equigetic”.
With Equigetic I always orient myself individually to the horse. I treat each horse differently and with the goal of deriving and maintaining health. This includes in the following:
- Physiotherapy
- Laser acupuncture
- homeopathic recommendation
- Energetic
- Magnetic field/Zapper
equigetic pad
The invention of the Equigetic Pad was therefore the logical consequence after I noticed how many horses have painful tension in the sternum area. Neither my instructors, nor my colleagues, nor equestrian retailers could show me the perfect solution to this problem. Therefore, I first developed the equigetic pad and later the equigetic Jump stud protection girth – all closely oriented to the needs of horses with the desire to support health and well-being.
This is what “Equigetic” stands for
Horse family
From my childhood on there were only horses and the equestrian sport for me. My father himself an international show jumper and trainer of horses – my mother a breeder and I also rode internationally in show jumping and championships.
What was particularly formative was that from childhood onwards, the welfare of the horses was always paramount. Of course, it was our capital, but also always friend, responsibility for a life with body and soul.
The sale was nothing I could ever get used to. I loved “my” horses entrusted to me too much.
I worked at “Equistro” for a few years after my equestrian career and was responsible for feeding advice and sponsoring.
